In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry or enrolment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Siam Prosper provides financial education programmes delivered in a reading-centred, group-discussion format. Programmes are offered in Naklua, Chonburi, Thailand. We currently offer three programmes:

All programmes are educational in nature. Siam Prosper does not provide financial advice, product recommendations, or regulated investment services of any kind. Nothing communicated in any programme or on our website constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

Programme availability is subject to scheduling and group size limits. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a programme in the event of insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Enrolment and Participation

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Siam Prosper. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are not reserved until payment is received.

Group sizes are capped at twelve participants per programme. Siam Prosper reserves the right to decline or defer an enrolment where the group is full or where participation would be inappropriate given the participant's circumstances.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and other group members. Siam Prosper reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct disrupts the learning environment.

5. Payment Terms

Programme fees are payable in full before the first session, in Thai Baht (฿), by bank transfer. Payment details are provided upon confirmation of enrolment.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Returning participants who repeat a programme in a later year may request a fee reduction, which is granted at Siam Prosper's discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All reading materials, discussion prompts, reference cards, and other content provided as part of our programmes are the intellectual property of Siam Prosper or its licensors. Participants are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use these materials for their own learning.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with third parties without the prior written consent of Siam Prosper.

7. Disclaimers

Siam Prosper provides educational content only. Our programmes are designed to help participants think more clearly about personal finance — they are not a substitute for qualified financial, legal, or tax advice. We make no representation that participation in any programme will lead to specific financial outcomes.

Reading materials and case studies are provided for educational purposes and reflect information available at the time of preparation. Market conditions, tax rules, and insurance products change; participants should verify current information with qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siam Prosper's liability to any participant arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant.

Siam Prosper shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from participation in a programme or use of our website, including but not limited to financial losses arising from decisions made on the basis of programme content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siam Prosper and its facilitators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our Services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. If you withdraw from a programme, refund terms in Section 5 apply. If Siam Prosper terminates the Agreement due to your breach of these terms, no refund will be provided.

Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination of this Agreement.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.

Consumer protection rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 apply where relevant.

12. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Siam Prosper with respect to your use of our Services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our website or enrolment in a programme following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will endeavour to notify active participants by email.
